Great collar for my wayward dog! Works brilliantly and very easy to locate the controls when needed.The controller is slim and fits nicely into a small bag. I particularly like the light on the collar itself so you can locate your dog easily in the dark. I was sceptical this would work with a terrier being so stubborn with selective hearing, however having started with the beep, moving onto the vibrate, I have only had to use the ‘stimulation’ mode twice in 2 months. That was very early on and now she will come after just sounding the beep noise which I think is a miracle! Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

I purchased the collar but turned out Ididn't need it. It looked really good and sturdy though and appeared straightforward to usr. The customer service was absolutely brilliant, Jo got back to me quickly and explained how to return. I wish more stores were so easy to deal with. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.
