1. Where’s my package?
After you place your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and then 5-7 business days for delivery if your order was placed before 5:00 PM. If your package hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact our customer support team.
2. How do I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking code. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it ends up there! Note that it might take some time for the tracking link to become active.
3. How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number sent to your email to monitor your package. With this tracking number, you can get real-time updates on your delivery.
4. What if I’m not happy with my order?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, head over to our Returns page for instructions on how to send it back.
5. Do your prices include taxes and duties?
Yes. All prices on our website include UK VAT and you will not be required to pay any additional charges.
