Love this solid wood tree , looks super aesthetic in my lounge. The main base and top flower perch are top quality.
The only downside was that the 2 basket perches have inadequate cushioning , they are too slippery and not firm enough nor dense enough and my cat Ted slipped , he did a 360 when he tried to jump down from the top “flower” perch . Hence he avoids the basket perches now ! Which is a shame.
As a quick fix , i had to buy some thick cushions to replace the flimsy ones so he felt safe and well gripped on to use the perches. This may not be a problem for others but I do feel it would’ve been nice to have sturdy cushions on all the levels as a suggestion.
Overall happy with the excellent service , super fast delivery and communication from Tailzy !

Exactly what weneeded
I purchased the collar but turned out Ididn't need it. It looked really good and sturdy though and appeared straightforward to usr. The customer service was absolutely brilliant, Jo got back to me quickly and explained how to return. I wish more stores were so easy to deal with. Would recommend and will definitely be using again. Super efficient and friendly. Could not fault them.

My greyhound loves this bed and I am thrilled with it too. For the first time ever he is not moving from place to place which tells me he is comfortable and getting the support he needs. A great buy.
